At the back of the house there is a kitchen garden enabling you to grow season vegetables. Big cherry tree in front of outside veranda is providing delicious cherries in May and refreshing shadow for whole summer. The house also has two garages with electrified doors. Big electrified sliding fence in front of the house is enabling you comfortable entrance to the front yard and garages with the car.

Located in ground floor and facing east, kitchen is a continuation of dining room. Made of oak it is warm and inspiring. It's size is allowing two people to express their culinary creativity without bumping to each other. Kitchen and dining room are both positioned at the entrance to a living room.

Living room is facing southeast. It is two steps lowered comparing to the rest of the ground floor which makes the room even more spacey. For extra warmth in spring and autumn you can enjoy making fire in a big custom built stove. From living room you have direct access to the outside covered veranda.

In the ground floor there is a smaller bathroom of two and in green color. It is positioned right next to stairs leading to first floor and has a renewed shower, a washbowl and a toilet.

Moving up the stairs to the first floor, you will find the bigger (red) bathroom on your right, facing northwest. It has two washbowls, a bath, a toilet and a bidet.

Located on east side of first floor there are two (almost) equally sized children rooms. Both have access to the outside balcony. One of two rooms has a roof window for higher interior brightness.

Last, but not least - the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is positioned just above the living room. Beside the big 200 cm x 200 cm bed there is also a built in wardrobe all along the west side of the room.
